With nearly 20 years of experience managing and creating restaurants, Gerda is the head behind Parq. Beginning her entrepreneurial adventure in 2003, after completing a Business management degree from the University of Tallinn.
In 2011 decided to open the restaurant Parq, Asian cuisine with a hint of Mediterranean and South American flavors.
